How to proceed Foreclosure Eviction?
I had purchased a multifamily units apartment in Riverside through foreclosure a month ago, there was a tenant living in one of the units, and the rest are all vacant. I tried to negotiate a new lease with them after the escrow closed, but they keep saying they can’t afford the rent I am looking for. So technically they are living in the unit free with no existing or new lease. Can someone help me step by step what needs to be done to evict them? Is there a quicker way for them to move out rather than serving them 3/90 Foreclosure notice to quit? Also, do I need to fix anything for them since I am not even their landlord? I also want to fix the gate, do I need to give them a remote? Without the remote, they are not able to access their unit.
