Spot Light
What is the purpose why some are using a VERY bright spot light pointing at the sky during bad weather?
i’ve noticed it everytime there’s a concert/live performance at the open field, they usually pointing their spot light at any direction of the sky. Why is that so?

some say it is use to drive away rain clouds within the area? How true is that?
